Justin Foutes holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, and an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He has extensive experience in all facets of healthcare, and has overseen, conducted and completed the most difficult search projects in the market. Mr. Foutes is a member of numerous organizations in healthcare, a regular contributor to many healthcare organizations, and is a continual guest speaker for many associations including the Society of Adolescent Medicine, The American Academy of Medical Management, and the West Virginia Nursing Leadership Association.
Dan McNamara graduated from Greensboro College in 1992 with a BS degree in Mathematics. While attending Greensboro College he played for the Men's Soccer team which competed in the 1989 Division III NCAA title game. Since completing his education, he has been in various roles in healthcare sales and marketing. Mr. McNamara relocated to Atlanta in 2000. In late 2002 Mr. McNamara became a founding partner of Assurgent Medical Solutions. Mr. McNamara has over 7 years of physician recruiting experience, and is an active member and sponsor of American Society of Physician Recruiters, Carolina Association of Physician Services, Georgia Society for Healthcare Physician Services and Recruitment, and the American Academy of Medical Management.
Ken brings 16 years of sales and marketing experience to Assurgent Medical Solutions with 12 years in the recruiting industry. Since 2005, Ken has been the Vice President of Marketing for Assurgent Medical Solutions helping develop the Eastern United States market. He is also responsible for sales and marketing corporate strategy and new business development. Prior to AMS, he was the Regional Director of Marketing for Merritt, Hawkins and Associates and the MHA Group for 6 years. He is a sponsor and contributor to the Georgia Hospital Association and the Georgia Society of Healthcare Physician Services and Recruitment. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut and lives in Mableton, GA, with his wife Karen, a Pediatric Oncologist at Children's Hospital of Atlanta. They had their first daughter, Jamie in October 2007.
